Our Team

Managing Director Lee McCardle MRICS founded Charles Garth in 2014 and leads a team of chartered surveyors, project managers and cost consultants with experience across public and private sectors.
The team works closely together, combining building surveying, cost management, compliance and project delivery skills to provide clear, multi-disciplinary support from first survey to final handover.

As an independent practice, we respond quickly, stay involved throughout, and keep projects moving with minimal disruption.
